About Chuck Ellert
Charles “Chuck” Ellert is the Associate Managing Director of ACH Network Development at Nacha, leading business-side efforts for Phixius, the payment information network. He drives product innovation, network adoption, and industry collaboration with financial institutions, fintechs, and technology partners.
With over 20 years in payments, security, and business architecture, Chuck has led enterprise initiatives at Verizon, including applying AI to finance capabilities, and held leadership roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He serves as Treasurer on the board of Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka.
Leah manages client relationships, marketing strategy, and product development for Phixius – Nacha’s payment information network for account validation services. Additionally, she promotes ACH education and enablement to the industry as part of Nacha’s ACH Network Development team. She previously held the role of ACH Product Manager at Commerce Bank in Kansas City before joining Nacha.
