About Dana Price
Dana Price serves as the CFO of EPS Learning, a K-12 business. Dana has worked in the Education industry for the last 12 years, and has held Chief Financial Officer roles at several companies that have been PE/VC backed. She has worked on over 100 transactions on the buy and sell sides as well as the integration of acquisitions. Dana is passionate about Entrepreneurship and chocolate chip cookies. Dana began her career at Deloitte, holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Binghamton and a MBA from Cornell University. She is also a CPA.
