About Ryan Steck
Ryan Steck, CPA, is a partner at Ignite Spot Accounting and leads the firm’s CFO department. He heads FP&A, Contract CFO, and all M&A activity across the client base—helping owners make confident decisions with clear forecasts, disciplined cash planning, and deal-ready financials. With 25+ years spanning tax, FP&A, and executive advisory, he combines technical depth with hands-on operator experience. Before joining Ignite Spot in 2008, Ryan worked in public accounting and served as the full-time CFO of a startup that later sold to private equity. Today, he focuses on fractional CFO services for SMBs nationwide, guiding teams through budgeting, pricing, KPI design, lender and investor conversations, and buy-side/sell-side transactions.
