2025 VENUE

The Finance & Accounting Technology Expo will be held at the Javits Convention Center, in New York City.

Exhibit Hall Features:

FATE FAQS

The main entrance will be off the escalators into Hall E (hall on the left of the floorplan).

The lounges are designed for attendees to have a space to relax between sessions and network. They will have furniture and phone chargers.

Booth rentals and build out options will be available through CSI. Access to this portal will be given to sponsors in July.

The event will use EventMobi, which will be used for building virtual booths and lead capture.

While we do our best to accommodate timing preferences, we schedule sessions to ensure a diverse, non-overlapping program. Scheduling priority is determined by exhibitor level—starting with Titanium, followed by Platinum, then Gold, and finally Silver.

The attendee list will be sent out 3 weeks and 1 week before the conference. Please note, it will not include contact information per privacy regulations.
