Jack McCullough has spent his career at the intersection of finance and leadership. He is the founder and president of the CFO Leadership Council, the largest community of CFOs and senior financial executives in the world, with 3,000 members across the United States and Canada.

A senior contributor to Forbes, his work has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and CNBC, and he has appeared on Fox Business Network and Your World with Neil Cavuto. He hosts the Secrets of Rockstar CFOs podcast, where he brings the insights of top financial leaders to the broader community.

Wayne Cooper

Chairman, Chief Executive Group & CEO, Chief Executive Network

Wayne Cooper is Executive Chairman of Chief Executive Group and CEO of Chief Executive Network, organizations dedicated to improving the performance of CEOs, CFOs and other senior business leaders through peer networks, research, events and media. An entrepreneur and growth-focused executive, Wayne has built and led multiple high-growth businesses since 1995. Prior to joining Chief Executive Group, he served as Chairman and CEO of Kennedy Information and Pyramid Research, where he helped drive significant growth and shareholder value creation. He is also a Managing Partner at Greenhaven Partners, a private investment firm focused on media and information businesses. Earlier in his career, Wayne worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company and Monitor Company in Boston, London, Milan and Los Angeles.

At Monitor Company, he worked closely with founder Michael Porter, the Harvard Business School Professor who authored 2 leading books on business strategy — Competitive Strategy and Competitive Advantage.  Wayne holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Kristina Campbell

CFO, Wrapbook

Kristina Campbell has spent her 20+ year career at the intersection of finance, strategy and operations, specializing in building and scaling high growth, venture-backed technology companies from the office of the CFO. Currently, Kristina is chief financial officer at Wrapbook, a software platform that provides payroll and accounting services for the entertainment industry. Previously, she served as chief financial officer at several other tech companies including Maven Clinic, Ripple, and PayNearMe. Kristina also worked at Green Dot Corporation, a banking-as-a-service technology company, where she held a variety of positions across general management, operations, and account management and worked with a variety of clients including Uber, Walmart and Intuit. She spent the early part of her career in professional services, as a manager at Bain & Company and as an investment banker at Smith Barney/Citigroup.

Kristina holds a BA in English from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Kristina is a Fellow of the 2021 Class of the Aspen Institute Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Donna Cohen

Donna Cohen is a senior finance leader at CarMax, where she plays a key role in leading financial operations within one of the nation’s largest and most complex consumer-facing businesses. 

She brings deep experience navigating dynamic economic environments, including the post-pandemic shift in consumer behavior, rising inflation, and increasing credit risk. In her current role, Donna has been directly involved in managing large-scale financial portfolios through periods of rapid change—balancing growth, risk, and customer realities in a business that operates at a national scale. 

Donna is particularly known for her strength in building and transforming teams. Throughout her career, she has been repeatedly called upon to step into situations requiring organizational change—whether building teams from the ground up or reshaping existing ones to meet evolving business needs. Bill Comeau

As FNRP’s Chief Financial Officer, Bill oversees the firm’s vast accounting department and spearheads financial reporting and analysis for the executive team and our investors. His efforts also guide the efficient use of the company’s capital. 

Bill brings our team 20 years of financial experience, including multiple CFO roles at private firms, institutional funds, and nonprofits, including 10+ years as the CFO at DLC Management. In his prior engagement, Bill oversaw a $50M development project.

Bill has a MBA from Manhattan College and a BBA from Baruch College. He’s also a registered certified public accountant (CPA) in New York State and has served as an adjunct professor at New York University.

Jack Healey

Jack is an experienced M&A and capital strategy advisor with more than 40 years of work in complex transactions, corporate growth, and financial leadership. His background includes partner-level public accounting, serving as Founder-CFO/COO of a highly acquisitive NYSE-listed company, and advising private equity firms and CFOs on significant transactions.

He has led more than 65 acquisitions from strategy and LOI through diligence, negotiation, closing, and integration, and has supported 50+ additional transactions as an interim executive and consultant.

He led the acquisition of nine companies alongside a simultaneous NYSE IPO and later integrated 68 companies into a single operating platform and unified IT environment, reflecting experience in managing growth and operational alignment.

His financing experience includes debt offerings, sale-leasebacks, PIK structures, ABL facilities, stock buybacks, and private equity-backed recapitalizations. He advises leadership teams on strategy, operations, risk management, and tax-efficient deal design.

He is a CPA, CFF, CFE, and CRISC, with AICPA certificates in SOC for Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Assurance Services.

He graduated magna cum laude, Beta Gamma Sigma, from Syracuse University.
